MMHA Volunteer Police Check Policy

All volunteers of legal age (18) must provide a Volunteer Police Check every two years.

Any person who does not submit a Volunteer Police Check will not be permitted to hold any position within the Muskrat Minor Hockey Association.
 
Volunteers must provide the police check before October 15.
